Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Welcome to Trinity Social
Trinity Social is a social platform built and operated by Trinity Social Inc. (“Trinity Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trinity Social, including the mobile applications, websites, livestreaming features, messaging, voice, music, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trinity Social and supersede any prior agreements.
1. The Services We Provide
Our mission is to give people the ability to connect, share, express themselves, and discover communities. To deliver the Service, we provide:
- Personalized experiences. A feed, recommended channels, suggested users, and a discovery surface tailored to you based on your activity and preferences.
- Tools for connection. Profiles, follows, channels, groups, direct messages, comments, and replies that let you connect with people and communities.
- Tools for self-expression. Posts, plays, stories, videos, livestreams, music uploads, voice posts, and other formats.
- Content discovery. Search, trending content, promoted content, and category-based browsing for live streams.
- Safety and integrity. Automated and human moderation systems, reporting tools, blocking, and account-level controls designed to keep the Service safe.
- Livestreaming and real-time features. Streaming, real-time chat, viewer counts, and reactions.
- Research and product improvement. Internal analytics that help us improve the Service and develop new features.
- Cross-platform delivery. Consistent experiences across iOS, web, and any future platforms we may add.
- Global infrastructure. The hosting, networking, and security systems that make the Service available worldwide.
2. How Our Services Are Funded
Trinity Social is free for users. We fund the Service through a combination of optional in-app purchases, optional premium subscriptions, and promoted content shown in the feed and on the Streaming tab.
We do not sell your personal information. When we show promoted content, advertisers may specify the audience they want to reach (for example, age range or interests), and we display their content to users who match without sharing personally identifying information about you with the advertiser.
If you purchase coins, subscriptions, or other paid features, additional terms specific to those purchases apply, including our payment processor’s terms and our refund policy.
3. Your Commitments to Trinity Social and Our Community

You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

Limits on using our intellectual property
You may not use our copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property unless you have our written permission. To request permission, please contact us. You must obtain our written permission (or permission under an open source license) to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us.
4. Additional Provisions
Updating our Terms
We work constantly to improve the Service and develop new features. As a result, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect the Service and our practices. We will give you advance notice of any changes that we consider materially adverse to you. By continuing to use the Service after the effective date of the change, you agree to the revised Terms.
Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine that you have violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines, if your actions create risk or legal exposure for us, if you create risk for the safety of other users, or if your account is required to be removed by law. We will notify you of the reason for the action where possible.
You can request the deletion of your account at any time through the Service. Account deletion is permanent. Content you have posted will be removed from public view immediately and from our systems within 90 days, except where retention is required by law, for legal proceedings, or to enforce these Terms.
Limits on liability
We provide the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not control or direct what people and others do or say, and we are not responsible for their actions or conduct (online or offline) or any content they share, including offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit our liability for our own fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
Disputes
We try to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern, please contact us first at xavier@xavierplatforms.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Northern District of California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. The laws of the State of California, excluding its choice-of-law provisions, will govern these Terms and any claim.
Unsolicited material
We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions, but may use them without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you, and we are under no obligation to keep them confidential.
